The theme for Monday's Vintage Room on 1/24 is South American Wine and Culture. It will include performances by Karl Grossman (Flamenco Guitar 7-9pm), and Latin Duo Kleber & Will (9pm-11pm). Sommelier Bryan Holly will educate you on the wines. Wine Tasting starts at 7pm and includes 3 red wine tastings (3 oz.), and the following food pairings: A Cheese plate with aged white Sharp Cheddar; Homemade Empenadas with Steak Skewer and a Chimichurri sauce served over Peruvian White Rice.
