The original members came from other successful Australian acts from the '60s and '70s...Glenn Shorrock from The Twilights and Axiom, Beeb Birtles from Zoot (with Rick Springfield) and Mississippi, Graham Goble and Derek Pellicci (also from the band Mississippi), Ric Formosa, and Roger McLachlan.
