A portion of ticket proceeds from the SoCal Rock-n-Blues Dance Party 2010 on November 19, 2010 will benefit the Generation Blues youth scholarship program from The Blues Foundation.
More big tent roadhouse dance than any band battle- this inaugural event will bring a range of Rock and Blues Live Performers to the Giant Dance Floor at The Proud Bird LAX. Unique Regional and International Artist lineup includes Blues Diva Ma’Ja, rock trio The Heiz (from Japan), egwb with Legend All-Stars featuring drum master Owen Goldman, Daniel "Young Cat" Hange and more special guests. The wide multi-set song list will cover Chicago Blues, R&B;, Modern Electric Blues and Rock-n-Roll and guarantees to be fun for all.

When: Doors open at 6:30pm with Live Music 7:30pm to 12:30am.
Beverages: Two full cash bars will be available with Event Specials including $3.00 draft beers and $2.00 tacos.
A tribute to the evolution of modern aviation, The Proud Bird LAX Restaurant is located right next to one of Los Angeles International Airport’s (LAX) active approach runways, providing a one-of-a-kind, front-row view of airplanes coming in for a landing. There is free self-parking in well-lit lot located adjacent to the Ballroom.
