Dust off your cowboy hat, pull on your boots and come on out to the scenic members only Empty Saddle Club in Rolling Hills Estates as Switzer Learning Center and The Depot’s Chef Shafer present Boots, Buckles & BBQ, a western themed evening to benefit the students of Switzer Learning Center, a nonprofit school serving students in 3rd grade through age 22 with learning, social, emotional and behavioral challenges.
Enjoy a summer evening under the stars, watch a live penning demonstration, bend an elbow at the open bars, savor Chef Shafer’s mouth watering tri-tip BBQ with all the fixins’, and dance to the dynamic country sounds of Brian Lynn Jones and the Misfit Cowboys. Play games, win prizes, bid on an extensive collection of live and silent auction items, enter to win a 7 night stay at the fabulous Melia Resort in your choice of Cabo, Cancun, Punta Cana, Cozumel, The Dominican Republic, Puerto Vallarta or Iztapa, all to benefit Switzer Learning Center’s special education students.
Tickets are $125 per person and include open bar, dinner, dessert and live music including line dancing instruction.
