Pine Needle Basket Weaving Two-Day Workshop: Saturday, July 16, 2016 - 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM

 These show-stopping pieces have been gracing the shelves of the Gift Shop for some time. Join our very own Craft Workshop instructors for this two-part class in learning to build a waxed-linen, pine needle basket from pine needles in the Woodland Walk. Additional work may be required between classes to complete your basket. No experience required. For those students who have previously taken the class, they will have an opportunity to learn different ways to start a basket using unique centerpieces, different stitches and adding beads to enhance their baskets.
