I provide counseling for adults, young adults, teens, adolescents, and couples. My multi-dimensional approach encourages you to relearn the lost art of self-care by focusing on three important aspects: healthy mind, healthy body, and healthy spirit. Therapy sessions are designed to be a safe space for you to explore and empower your inner voice. I want to help you achieve your goals all the while inspiring you to live, learn, and lead with authentic purpose.
I specialize in helping young adults to explore their uncertainty and become empowered and healthy individuals. I have worked extensively with college students. I have a deep understanding of common challenges faced by students including roommate conflicts, academic challenges, and career uncertainty.
Empowerment is a process. Through the process, I will teach you how to empower yourself in your everyday life by taking better care of yourself and developing your strengths.
