Fiesta Hermosa: Saturday, May 25 - Monday, May 27, 2013 - 10 AM - 6 PM

The official start of another glorious South Bay summer makes some noise this Memorial Day Weekend as Fiesta Hermosa celebrates its 41st year. Just like years in the past, crowds are expected to swell well above the 50,000 mark to what is arguably North America's largest Arts and Crafts Fair. Thus, the best mode of transportation is a beach cruiser or a pair of flip-flops.

This classic event is hallmarked by an intricate maze of vendors and an array of fair food, but the weekend´s peak performance comes inside the Beer & Wine Garden. All proceeds here go to charity, so in case you overdo it there will be a silver lining and a tribute band nearby to remedy any ailments. This year tribute bands playing songs from Aerosmith and Fleetwood Mac will be just some of the live music acts entertaining festival patrons.

REDONDO BEACH BREWING CO.
S.B. EVENTS´S RESTAURANT OF THE MONTH FOR: MAY

In 1992 Michael Zislis, a leader and entrepreneur in the South Bay brewpub genre, opened the Redondo Beach Brewing Co. on Catalina Avenue cementing the concept that tasty beer and quality food are key to long term sustainability in the South Bay.
