S.B.E.'S RESTAURANT OF THE MONTH: COYOTE CANTINA!

Redondo Beach's Southern Mexican restaraunt, Coyote Cantina, is our winner of the Restaurant of the Month award! Located right along PCH, this hole in the wall restaurant offers a full bar with a vast selection of over 60 different tequilas, and a huge variety of foods, including some unique plates, like Chicken Pot Stickers and Ahi Salad, which still have a Southern Mexican kick. However, do not let the smaller building and unusual food choices fool you. Once inside, there are some nice, comfortable booths to sit in and a quaint, relaxing atmosphere to kick back in.

Some of their popular, more Southern Mexican inspired entrees include Turkey Jalapeno Enchiladas and the Brie and Mango Quesadilla. There are other delicious entrees that might interest those traditional Mexican food eaters, like Burritos Grandes and the always delicious Carne Asada. Come to this authentic restaurant to enjoy the large portions of food, the strong taste of many different tequilas, and of course, to experience a little of what Southern Mexico has to offer. Make reservations, especially on weekend evenings because seats fill up fast!
